1. Digital Product Usage

LumosPresets grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Lightroom presets (the "Products") for personal or commercial photography. You may:
✔ Use presets across multiple devices you own
✔ Modify preset settings to suit your needs
✖ Not Allowed: Resell, redistribute, or share the preset files

2. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final for digital products

• Refunds only issued if technical issues cannot be resolved within 72 hours (contact@lumospresets.com)

• Chargebacks will result in automatic license revocation

3. Delivery

• Preset files (.XMP/.DNG) delivered instantly via email/download link after payment

• You must provide a valid email address at checkout

4. Liability

• LumosPresets is not responsible for:

  • Software compatibility issues (ensure your Lightroom version supports .XMP/.DNG)

  • Quality loss from improper use of presets
